Jen visits the Kat's salon for a bob haircut. Wearing a blue baby doll summer dress and black high heels, Jen shows the stylist, James, the style that she wants in a hair magazine. After showing the stylist a bob haircut, the stylist wraps a neck strip around her neck, covers her with a silver vinyl cape, and sections her hair into three ponytails, which he then brushes out and cuts off two ponytails with a scissors.
Jen's friend nervously snips off one ponytail with the scissors. A towel is tucked in under the cape, and Jen is reclined back to the shampoo bowl for a shampoo, conditioner, and rinse. Jen's hair is briefly toweled dry and then shaped into a bob with the use of a scissors, comb, and razor. At times, Jen looks into the camera lens with a look that says, "I don't know what's going on with my hair." She doesn't need to worry as the resulting bob looks wonderful on her. Jen's freshly cut hair is then blow dried dry.
