With your purchase, you agree that digital products are non-refundable, unless the digital product is faulty or a duplicate digitial purchase was made by mistake.

If your digital product does not work, or you did not receive an email with your download link, please contact Kat Surth directly at akatsurthfilm@gmail.com

Emails for support are typically answered within 48 hours. During the holiday season, please allow up to 72 hours.

Most often, the issue is a timing issue or glitch.

Older videos are in Windows Media Player format (.wmv) and newer videos are in .mp4 format.

Newer videos are larger in file size and will take longer to download. Some of our newer videos are around 1 GB in size.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service provided.
