Alena takes a seat in the shampoo chair and Kat covers her with a red vinyl cape. Alena is leaned back into the shampoo bowl and her hair soaked by a sprayer. Then she is lifted upright and Kat massages lots of shampoo into Alena's hair. Shampoo lather runs down Alena's face, cape, and onto the floor.
Kat rinses Alena's hair and face and briefly towel-dries her hair.
