Angie, dressed in office attire, visits Carmen's Creative Styling in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, for a haircut and a Uniperm. Before Angie can have her hair permed, her long hair, around bra length, needs to be shortened to shoulder length.
After being caped, Angie receives nice shampoo and then is seated at the salon station. Carmen parts Angie's hair, and clips it up in sections. She then uses a scissors to shorten Angie's blond hair. Although Angie was a bit nervous at having so much hair being cut off, she is happy with the result.
