Dressed in a purple feather top, black leather skirt, black knee-high boots with grey furry leg warmers, Kat takes a seat in the retro salon chair at Thirty-Seventh & Johnson Hair Salon in NE Minneapolis.
With Kat's current hair messy with roots, it was time for a hair appointment.
Carmen capes Kat and covers her shoulders with a towel before brushing strawberry blonde hair dye all over Kat's hair.
After about 30 minutes of processing, Carmen treats Kat to a rinse and a lovely rich shampoo.
Kat's hair is then towel dried.
