Mandy's last haircut was six years ago. She wants a new look, so she scoured the internet and found a photo of a choppy chunky shag mullet.
In the beginning of the video, Kat interviews an extremely nervous Mandy about her very long hair. Then she is caped with two different capes - first a nylon barber cape and then a black shiny pvc cape. The stylist, James William, decides the black cape contrasts with Mandy's waist-long red hair best.
James sections Mandy's hair and then using a scissors and comb, cuts away the bulk, hair falling on the cape and on the floor. Mandy soon has bangs/fringe and a rockstar hairstyle reminiscent of the 1970s or 1980s.
After the haircut, Mandy feels much better and gives a brief interview about her haircut experience.
